Mr. Trueblood has over 30 years of experience implementing software applications
in manufacturing companies.
Prior to founding XL Bridge, he managed implementations of Infor ERP Point.Man® or
Infor ERP Syteline® in over 40 plants while working as an ERP implementation consultant.
Mr. Trueblood has also performed in multiple positions for several companies,
including Programmer, Systems Analyst, IT Manager, Production Control Manager,
Inventory Control Manager, Purchasing Manager, and Logistics Manager.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University, and a
Certification in Production and Inventory Management at the Fellow level (CFPIM) from
the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Mr. Brown has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing having held multiple positions
at multiple levels.
Mr. Brown’s areas of responsibility, prior to joining XL Bridge, included product cost
accounting, financial analysis, managerial and financial accounting, project management,
accounting manager, controller, and IT management.
Mr. Brown has professional training and development in the following areas:
Point.Man ERP Software, SSA ERP Software, Crystal Report Writer, Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Access.
Mr. Brown earned an undergraduate Engineering Degree from Georgia Southern University
and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.

Mr. White has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology in roles including
programmer, systems analyst, system designer, and project manager.
As VP of Information Technology at Xicor, a large semiconductor manufacturer, he served as
project manager for their Point.Man implementation.
In addition, Mr. White has managed software project implementations in the areas of finance,
marketing, sales, manufacturing, and engineering in the private and public sectors.

Mr. Morrow has extensive experience in custom software design and development.
He has designed, programmed and implemented custom software solutions for service
industry, manufacturing, and engineering companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.
